The story behind Snuggles
Snuggles began the way most Playroom Pop songs do: with a cuddly toy. A small brown-and-white kitten which came in its very own pink ball of wool, affectionately named snuggles.
The words in the song are hers. I helped piece them together and putting them to her current favourite music genre, K-Pop.
She chose the feel of it, decided which version sounded most like Snuggles, and told me firmly when something was wrong. The technology helped us finish it; the idea was hers from the very first sentence and now she even sings it to herself as she falls asleep. Its very catchy.
Meet Snuggles the kitten
A small brown-and-white toy kitten who purrs and lives in a pink wool ball. In our house Snuggles gets carried everywhere, loves to play "teachers", and is generally treated as a family pet.
